‘Big Brown Eyes’
When I look into those big brown eyes
The moon descends
My spirit flies
Away towards the darkness of the skies
Unwillingly, I fall deep down
Into the well that holds the memories of the past
The world disappears, now all I see is brown
I’m no longer me, I’m no longer mine
Just when these deep dark eyes
Look back at me, surprised
I know I can trust them, they don’t need a prize
Through them I can see the soul – so clear, so nice
Why can’t I stop looking into your eyes
And guessing your thoughts, guessing your plans?
So strange the fate’s plan can be sometimes
I’m left holding on, trying to see the world through those big brown eyes
‘Was it a dream?’
Was it a dream?
The beauty, the mountains, the lake
Was it a dream?
Constant happiness, joy, no stress
Was it a dream?
Dark brown eyes looking so sweetly into mine
Was it a dream?
But then above the clouds I fly…
Can we ever keep a dream
Or will it always die
And make us search once again
Not knowing for what and why?
‘Breathe’
Embrace the world
Feel the joy of breathing
Fresh air in your lungs
Broaden your horizons
Notice the infinite possibilities
Spreading in front of you
Every single day
We are here for a moment
So why not have some fun?
Play with life
And spread your love around
Share your heart
With all the creatures of God
Smile and have a laugh
Don’t waste your life being sad
Do what you want
Be whoever you want to be
Choose your destiny
Have the courage to live
If you don’t let the rules suffocate you
If you don’t let anyone kill your dreams
You will see that the world is a miracle
And every second is worth living
‘Perfection’
The water is moving so silently
Whispering the story
Of unlimited bliss.
The sun leaves the trace
Of warm sunbeams
On your skin.
The wind messes up your hair,
Plays with the trees.
It’s a delicate breeze.
The guitar is playing
A few feet away,
People are smiling through the lyrics.
You take a deep breath,
Lose yourself in the moment,
Life is perfect.
‘To Be’
To Be is to exist,
To feel but not be present in the human understanding,
Not to have a purpose apart from the eternal nowness.
To Be is to flow
With nature, with the universe,
To realize the depth of the words: ‘I am’.
To Be is to have no words,
To enjoy the neighbourhood but stay in remoteness,
Move freely without a particular path.
To Be is the beauty
Of being nobody, nowhere,
Of floating in the pure state of realization.
To Be is to meditate
Into the wonders of the mind’s antipodes
And to keep that state forever in the unconditional existence.
To Be is to acknowledge
The profound beauty of stillness and solitude
And of the silence of surroundings…

This poem was slightly inspired by Aldous Huxley’s ‘The Doors of Perception’ and ‘Heaven and Hell’. If you haven’t read these yet, I strongly recommend it. It’s absolutely stunning!
‘In Search For More’
Leaving the world with a smile on his face
Flew the spirit on the chilly winter’s embrace
‘Goodbye my tricky life
Go on with your unexpected dive
The space is waiting with its mysteries
So many roads to choose with no limits’
He knew the sweetness of blossoming trees,
The kisses of love, the pleasure he would miss
But the joys of the Earth were not enough
He wanted so much more to discover on his path
What he did – a lunacy, that’s what they called it
A mourning crowd was an illusion in not that little bit
The emptiness he did not feel anymore
When he realised he had it all in his hands, his proper lore
He left his cat, the rain and depressing fall
And then he announced, ‘’tis my final call’
‘Observer’
In a careless whisper
In the ticking of a clock
In the fastest heartbeat
In the wind’s blow
There is something magnificent
If you listen carefully
Life begins to make sense
There’s more color to it
In a random observation
Of the world outside
In the falling of the leaves
In a graceful dance of a cat
I notice something
And wonder if it is insanity
I notice myself
What a strange magic
In the feel of snowflakes
Falling onto my cheeks
In the touch of cushion
Early in the morning
I can sense your presence
Barely recognizable
Something you cannot feel
If you don’t reach for inexplicable
In the taste of aromatic coffee
Before a hard day
In the piece of chocolate
Melting on my lips
There comes experience
Of yet another sense
How wonderful world could prove
If you pay attention to every detail and little piece
‘The girl of the sea’
Wind playing with her hair
Thoughts racing through his head
Sun hiding behind the clouds
He’s taking her hand
She drops three tears
Shadows take them in cold embrace
She’s changing her mind
He’s waiting with blank eyes
Crow breaks the silence
She’s breaking his promise
He’s breaking her heart
Sand covers their feet
She turns to kiss him
He tells her he would miss her
The voice says: ‘Sheer lies’
She knows it’s true
He pretends he hasn’t heard it
Lightning breaks the skies
She pushes him aside
He falls onto the rock
Sea caresses her skin
She jumps into the waves
He looks at her half consciously
All remains still in the darkness
‘Muses come instead of sleep’
Yesterday I was hoping for some sleep
But the muse came and took the lead.
She took me to the land of ambrosia,
Of milk and honey, sweet scents.
She filled my mind with reveries
Instead of thoughts of the day.
She took my hand with gentle grasp
And gave me a pen decorated with wild feathers.
Then one plume fell onto the ground,
The flower of fern grew on the floor
And despite the calmness of the weather
I couldn’t fall asleep any more.
‘Harmony’
Harmony
Just like Buddhists singing mantra
Just like flowers blossoming in spring
I’m looking for my harmony
Just like jazz singer in a niche club
Just like dancing rumba near the sea
I’ve found my perfect harmony
With a yoga practice in the early morning
With all worries forgotten and left behind
My harmony was finally found
With nothing that can break it
With my mind peaceful and my soul free
I fly away in my lovely harmony
